A leading property services company in Greater Manchester is seeking a driven HVAC Sales Manager to manage and grow existing accounts. This role involves delivering technical sales solutions for significant projects while focusing on account management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding sales targets and strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems. Flexible working practices are embraced.
Bellrock is the trusted challenger in UK property services. Driven by insights, powered by technology, and delivered by talented people, we are redefining how real estate is managed. Since 2003, our people‑first and technology‑led approach has helped organisations across the UK transform their estates into high‑performance, sustainable environments. Through our integrated service model‑spanning Technologies, Consulting, Critical Engineering & Jordon, and Intelligent Asset Care we deliver compliance, quality, and operational excellence while reducing cost and carbon impact. Our award‑winning Concerto IWMS platform, together with mobile solutions from Mobiess and energy analytics from InMetriks, enables smart, data‑led estate management at scale.
Jordon is a leading provider of HVAC, refrigeration, and fit‑out solutions across the retail, hospitality, workplace and service station sectors. Part of the Bellrock Group, Jordon delivers end‑to‑end services including installation, maintenance, and energy saving solutions, backed by a reputation for quality and long‑standing client relationships. With growth across multiple divisions, we are now looking for a driven and technically capable HVAC Sales Manager to join our team. This is a technical sales role with a strong account management focus. Rather than pure new business generation, the emphasis will be on growing and developing existing contracts, identifying cross‑selling opportunities, and working closely with clients to deliver sustainable results. You will be expected to take a proactive approach from day one, with support and leads generated through other parts of the Group. The role will see you managing substantial projects, developing strong working relationships with clients, and playing a key role in shaping Jordon s continued growth in the HVAC market.
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Oldham, Refrigeration House, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a half‑hour for lunch break.
