Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, ideally with exposure to large-scale projects (250k+).
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and ventilation systems, with the ability to engage at a detailed level with clients.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing HVAC accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and cross‑sales
  • Deliver technical sales solutions, with the ability to specify and scope ventilation and HVAC projects valued at £250k and above
  • Drive sales of compliance related services such as TM44 inspections where appropriate
  • Work closely with colleagues across Bellrock, including IAC and Consulting teams, to maximise opportunities
  • Deliver against ambitious sales targets in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Jordon s culture, values and service offering, ensuring all activity aligns with the wider Group strategy
  • Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry, ideally with exposure to large‑scale projects (250k+)
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and ventilation systems, with the ability to engage at a detailed level with clients

  • Vibrant, enthusiastic and dynamic, with the energy to thrive in a demanding, commercial setting
  • Experienced in account management but with the ability to operate above that level as a consultative technical sales professional
  • Resilient and confident in a rough and ready environment, with the drive to push through challenges
  • Based in or able to commute to Oldham, Manchester, working from the office part of the week

With growth across multiple divisions, we are now looking for a driven and technically capable HVAC Sales Manager to join our team. This is a technical sales role with a strong account management focus. Rather than pure new business generation, the emphasis will be on growing and developing existing contracts, identifying cross‑selling opportunities, and working closely with clients to deliver sustainable results. You will be expected to take a proactive approach from day one, with support and leads generated through other parts of the Group. The role will see you managing substantial projects, developing strong working relationships with clients, and playing a key role in shaping Jordon s continued growth in the HVAC market.

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Oldham, Refrigeration House, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a half‑hour for lunch break.
