  • Scheduling service, maintenance, and installation jobs across NSW
  • Providing hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting
  • Overseeing customer engagement and attending key site visits
  • Monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and results

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems
Previous experience managing a service or field operations team
Excellent communication and leadership skills
