Upfront Recruitment is seeking an Air Conditioning Installation Project Manager / Technical Sales to lead projects across London and the Home Counties. The role blends technical project management with client-facing sales, overseeing from enquiry to handover while growing long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates will combine hands-on project delivery with commercial awareness, managing surveys, quotations, and installation programs while pursuing energy-efficient HVAC solutions in high-end

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience within the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of split, multi-split, VRF/VRV and ventilation systems.
• Experience managing air conditioning installation projects.
• Ability to prepare quotations, estimates and technical proposals.

Responsabilités

• Carry out site surveys and assess customer requirements.
• Design and specify suitable air conditioning solutions.
• Produce quotations, estimates and technical proposals.
• Manage installation projects from order through to completion.
• Plan labour, materials and subcontractor activities.
• Monitor project programmes, quality and profitability.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Attend client and site meetings throughout project delivery.
• Prepare RAMS, project documentation and O&M manuals.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, FM providers and end users.
• Identify opportunities for replacement, upgrade and energy-efficient HVAC systems.
• Work towards agreed sales and margin targets.
• Represent the business professionally at customer meetings and site visits.
