The successful candidate will manage a P&L of approximately £1.3M and ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high service quality standards. HVAC Operations Manager - Job Overview

Client Service Manager required at a well‑known HVAC contractor operating across UK commercial, healthcare, industrial and education sites. The client has a nationwide presence with regional offices supporting over 130 employees and a turnover exceeding £20 M. They provide installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on air conditioning, chillers, AHUs, ventilation and commercial heating.

The business is set up as an Employee‑Owned Trust, giving employees collective ownership and a share in company profits. The successful candidate will be responsible for a P&L of approximately £1.3 M, managing the service and maintenance contract and operations throughout the patch, ensuring client satisfaction, driving service quality standards, productivity of mobile engineers, continuous improvement, and contract extension and remedial works whilst controlling top‑line figures and cost control.
