Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the Building Services/construction industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
Review project plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine scope of work and required materials.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules.
Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients in a timely manner.
