A well-respected M&E Contractor in England is seeking an experienced Mechanical (HVAC) Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for varied projects. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the Building Services/construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine scope of work and required materials.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules.
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients in a timely manner.
