Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC project manager for one of our facilities management company at Wakefield location.

Electrical company car with private usage allowed (low car tax and only pay 9p per private mile) laptop and company phone.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Plan, manage, and deliver HVAC installations from design through to handover, ensuring all works meet E2M's quality and compliance standards.
  • Commercial Management: Manage project budgets, valuations, and variations. Work with the commercial team to maintain profitability and financial control.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders - ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Programme Management: Develop and monitor project programmes to ensure milestones are met.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold E2M's safety culture by conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and company policies.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure installations meet relevant British Standards, CIBSE guidelines, and HVAC industry best practices.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation including RAMS, O&M manuals, commissioning certificates, and progress reports.
