Qualifications

• Experience in fault diagnosis, estimating, and cost control.
• Proven people management experience (2+ years).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant accreditations (HWWS, Commercial Gas) and enhanced DBS.
• Driving licence (max 6 points).
• Five years in FM and maintenance services.
