We are recruiting for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer to cover the M4 Corridor.

This client is flexible on qualifications as long as you have either a Commercial Plumber, Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, either mechanically or electrically qualified with a passion for service and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance within the commercial property/offices sector.

Responsibilities

• Initial fault finding to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning Plant
• Water temp checks, Legionella testing, Pumps and Motors, AHUs, FCUs, General plumbing tasks – TMVs, flushing, replacing like for like.

Qualifications

• Qualified in either Mechanical – Air Conditioning, Gas or Commercial Plumber, or Electrical – Level 2 minimum, with previous experience within a commercial plant room.
