Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join the expanding Projects division. You will install a range of air conditioning systems in commercial properties across Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Sussex, with occasional travel to London.

The role requires on-site supervision of sub-contractors, a full UK driving licence, and F gas Cat 1 certification. Salary £45,000–£48,000 DOE, plus enhanced benefits and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Experience installing HVAC equipment (VRVs, VRFs, splits, AHUs) in commercial properties.
• Ability to supervise sub-contractors on site.
• Willingness to travel regionally and to London as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install a variety of air conditioning equipment in commercial properties across the designated regions.
• Supervise subcontractors on site during installations and commissioning.
