Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and carry out detailed take-offs.
• Work with design teams to optimise solutions for cost and performance.
• Assess supplier quotations and prepare bid packages.
• Support project managers to ensure estimates align with delivery plans.
