Job summary

Invictus Group invites applications for an experienced HVAC Engineer to maintain and support HVAC systems on a large static site in Nottingham. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Join a busy engineering team on a stable site with regular overtime. A full UK driving licence is essential, and the role is based on-site at NG90 with standard Monday–Friday hours and potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Recognised HVAC qualifications and relevant building services experience.
• Experience in a commercial, industrial or large-site environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use computerised maintenance systems.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Hardworking, flexible and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• F-Gas knowledge desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive HVAC maintenance.
• Diagnose and rectify faults across HVAC systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Work proactively to maintain high engineering standards.
• Use computerised maintenance systems to log activities and documentation.
• On-call rota approximately 1 week in 6/7.
• Support the wider engineering team on a large site.
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards at all times.
