Are you an HVAC Engineer looking to progress into a Project Manager role within a growing refrigeration solutions provider, offering specialist training in refrigeration system design and the opportunity to increase your earnings through a company bonus?

With a turnover of £11 million and a team of 19, they serve clients across industrial, pharmaceutical, and food sectors. In this role, you will progress from an HVAC Engineer to overseeing the day‑to‑day management of project sites, supporting clients, consultants, and contractors across all stages from design and planning to installation and handover, while ensuring technical accuracy, safety, and compliance, working 40 hours per week across sites in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
