HVAC / MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Our Eastern Division is expanding with more exciting projects on the way within Education, Health, Defence, Commercial and Industrial sectors.

The role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Engineer to assist with our delivery of MOD / Defence Projects in Norwich. (Wattisham Airfield and surrounding area).

The main roles and responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer will include but is not limited to:

Planned maintenance & service. Fault diagnosis, repairs, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation of various systems including HVAC systems such as ventilation, air conditioning split & VRF systems and all other associated elements in an efficient, safe manner and in accordance with company Health and Safety policy, Safe Systems of Work and current regulations.

Qualifications:

Ideally you will hold a CSCS card and industry related accreditations, with a craft apprenticeship and F-Gas certification. You would be required to have experience in servicing, repairs and remedial works in refrigeration systems & air conditioning systems and air handling plant

Knowledge and experience in the service, maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment to include heating and cooling systems.

Understanding of leading manufacturers equipment.

Have a good knowledge of H&S and safe working practices
