HVAC Engineer - Yorkshire

Location: Yorkshire (Mobile)

Salary: £41,000 + Door-to-Door Travel Paid

About the Role

RG Setsquare are working with a reputable client in the commercial gas engineering sector. Our client, a trusted provider of M&E services, is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their team. You'll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance as well as small project works across a variety of sites, including train stations, airports, restaurants and hospitals, across the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems including AC, small refrigeration, water chillers and wet systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, delivering safe working environments for clients.
• Undertake small project works, such as installations, upgrades, and system modifications, where required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Diagnose faults and repair gas appliances to the highest standards.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports promptly and accurately.

Key Requirements

• Min Level 2 AC & Refrigeration
• F-Gas certification
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance (experience with restaurants and hospitals is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of reactive and planned maintenance processes.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Professional and customer‑focused approach.
