Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking an HVAC Engineer in London with a proven track record in servicing, fault finding and repairing air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split units, chillers, AHUs and cold rooms. The role offers a basic salary of £45,000–£50,000 DOE along with a company van and optional personal use, plus a profit share scheme after 12 months.

You'll be part of a growing HVAC team covering service, maintenance and fault finding with overtime paid at 1.5x, 40-hour

Qualifications

Proven track record servicing air conditioning equipment.
Ability to fault-find and repair across VRV/VRF, split systems, chillers and AHUs.
Experience with maintenance, repair and service tasks.

Responsibilities

Service, fault find and repair HVAC systems to company standards.
Cover London area within M25; travel paid after 30 mins each way.
Maintain records and report on job progress.

HVAC Engineer Position - Salary & Benefits

HVAC Engineer required in London for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.

Their client base consists of long-standing client relationships with clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison & more.

Basic Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
Company Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service - Up to £3,600 tax free
Overtime paid at 1.5x
40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each way
On call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed - if called out Travel Paid door to door)
Pension
22 days' holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.
