HVAC Engineer - Commercial Maintenance

Location: Kingston
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a leading building services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites in Kingston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, including FCUs, AHUs, pumps, and motors.
  • Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure minimal downtime of building services equipment.
  • Conduct system checks and adjustments to maintain efficiency and comfort levels.
  • Work safely and effectively, adhering to all site and company health & safety procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, supervisors, and other engineers to coordinate works.
  • Complete all required maintenance records and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an HVAC Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Building Services Engineer.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pumps, motors, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
  • F-Gas qualification (advantageous).
  • Good understanding of commercial building environments.
