Job summary

Olliver Charles Ltd is seeking an HVAC Service & Maintenance Engineer to service and maintain air conditioning, ventilation, chillers and heat pumps across the southeast region. The role requires handling client paperwork and field communication, with a proactive maintenance approach.

You will join a team focused on reliability and technical excellence, benefiting from a basic salary of £45,000–£51,000, a company vehicle, and paid travel time. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays are included.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC engineer; newly qualified F-Gas engineers considered.
• Recognised qualification such as F-Gas or City & Guilds; experience in Chillers, A/C and general HVAC.
• Good technical knowledge; minimum 1 year experience.
• Oral and written communication skills for paperwork and communicating with clients and management.

Responsibilities

• Service & maintain HVAC equipment including air conditioning, ventilation, chillers and heat pumps.
• Cover the southeast region as required.

The Role

HVAC service & Maintenance Engineer required. Our Client is a leading manufacturer for commercial cooling/heating projects. Our client is based in the south east and is looking for a Engineer to join their team covering the south east.

HVAC Service & Maintenance engineer will be expected to service & maintain a variety of equipment including Air conditioning, Ventilation, Chillers and Heat pumps.

Requirements

• You must have experience as a HVAC engineer but will consider newly qualified F-Gas engineers.


• You will need to have a recognised qualification such as F-Gas qualification or City & Guilds with experience of Chillers, A/C and general HVAC.


• A good level of technical knowledge and experience is preferable (minimum 1 years' experience)


• Oral and written communication skills, for paperwork and communicating with clients and management
