Job summary

A leading facilities management company in London is seeking an HVAC Engineer. The role involves maintenance duties, producing documentation, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies. Candidates must have NVQ or City & Guilds in HVAC Engineering and experience in Facilities Management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

  • Sound knowledge of safety documentation.
  • Air Handling Unit experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake maintenance duties and complete reports accurately.
  • Produce accurate documentation and keep records of inspections.
  • Manage minor quoted works from start to completion.

Job description

Working Days: Monday to Friday As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • To undertake maintenance duties as required, making sure all reports are accurately completed within specific time frames.
  • To produce accurate documentation as required and keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections.
  • Undertake minor quoted works from the initial outset, through installation to completion as required whilst completing all required test certification.
  • Ensuring all employees are aware of their obligations under the Health & Safety policy.
  • Prerequisite - NVQ or City & Guilds in the following: HVAC Engineer.
  • Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services.
  • Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce.
  • Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
  • First Aid.
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
  • Air Handling Unit experience is necessary.
