• Minimum of 10 years experience in mechanical HVAC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of HVAC mechanical projects.
• Develop system specifications and drawings.
• Handle technical submissions and RFIs.
• Place supplier orders and coordinate site works.
• Manage P&L and prepare monthly payment applications.

Skills

10+ years' experience in the design and build Mechanical HVAC systems industry

Experience or understanding of AutoCAD

Building Information Modelling (BIM) knowledge

Education

HND, HNC or degree in HVAC Mechanical Building Services
