Options Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced High Voltage Project Manager for our Salford-based engineering team. You will lead HV/LV projects, manage budgets and contracts, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will develop client relationships, identify new opportunities, and mentor project staff while ensuring profitable project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing High Voltage electrical projects.
• Recognised electrical qualifications, ideally NVQ Level 3 or above.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV electrical engineering services industry and markets.
• Proven experience managing projects from planning to completion.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for the successful management and delivery of designated High Voltage projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets in line with forecasts.
• Oversee operations, processes and procedures to ensure high standards.
• Define project scopes, objectives and deliverables with resource planning.
• Manage contracts, tendering processes and commercial controls.
• Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead project teams to achieve targets and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and industry regulations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of future work through business development.
