Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme or project management within the energy or utilities sector.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems (33kV & 132kV) and associated security standards.
• Experience managing CAPEX budgets and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects and grid integration.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across geographically dispersed locations.
• Commitment to safety, security, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-voltage projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
• Engage with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage CAPEX budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to security and operational integrity.
• Support delivery of projects within renewable energy sites.
