  • Values: A deep commitment to inclusive, aspirational education.
  • Skills: Strong teamwork and the communication skills to build trust with students.
Why Work With Us?
  • Small Class Sizes: Enjoy the time and space to provide genuine feedback and tailor lessons to every child's unique learning style.
  • Dedicated Support: Every lesson is supported by a Teaching Assistant, ensuring you can focus on teaching while we work together to prevent anyone from feeling overwhelmed.
  • Competitive Package: A salary up to £42k, a full induction, and a paid DBS.
  • Career Growth: Access to ongoing online and face-to-face training, plus clear progression opportunities within the Cambian Group.
  • Wellbeing First: Work within a supportive leadership culture and a friendly team that prioritises staff wellbeing.

This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children.
