Procter & Gamble is inviting high-potential students to join a 10-week summer HR internship across Weybridge, London, Reading and Newcastle. You will work on live HR projects, take the lead on assignments, and be mentored by experienced P&G colleagues as HR is positioned as a strategic business partner.
The internship pays £2,625 per month and offers benefits and future opportunities, including a path to a full-time role after graduation.
Are you passionate about developing people and leading change? Do you want to make a meaningful impact within a company that owns globally renowned brands like Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders, and Oral-B? Do you want to intern at a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers?
Then apply for an internship in Human Resources at P&G! Forget what you think you know about working in HR; this is not business as usual. HR is a strategic partner to the business, this means you could work on leading the organisation through change, shaping the future of work, or building best in class employee engagement. We're more than just benefits and payroll (but you'll find that, too), you’ll be at the heart of helping some of the world's greatest professional talent - including yourself!
During your 10-week summer internship, you will get a first‑hand experience of what a career in HR with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.
You will be working on live business HR projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous HR internship projects have covered all aspects of HR including Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Equality & Inclusion. Previous interns have helped shape our recruitment strategy, implemented new benefit programmes, developed training programmes, and so much more!
We have roles based in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction. We also have roles in our London Manufacturing Plant which is easily accessible from the city of London, and in our Reading and Newcastle Innovation Centres.
What We Look For:
The summer internship is available from 5th July 2027 until 10th September 2027. We expect you to be available for the full duration.
For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 5th July 2027 until 10th September 2027 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.
1pm (GMT) October 30th, 2026.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. At P&G we strive to build a culture where everyone feels welcome, included, and able to bring their full selves to work.
We champion social mobility and believe socio‑economic status should not be a barrier to accessing job opportunities. That’s why in addition to this internship being paid, we offer provision of all the necessary technology and electronic equipment, access to a range of benefits, and financial support if you need to relocate for your internship - such as covering the cost of travel to your internship location.
We ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process. Please make sure to wait to hear back from us regarding your accommodation before proceeding with the online assessment, we thank you in advance for your patience.
