About the role
- Proactively and efficiently lead a team of HR Service Centre professionals
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the HR Service Centre, ensuring timely and compliant handling of employee lifecycle processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work, collaborating with People Technology and HR teams to ensure processes meet the needs of hotel operations
- Act as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive queries
- Ensure all HR transactions and records are compliant with GDPR, employment law, and internal audit requirements
- Support internal audits and contribute to risk mitigation strategies
- Provide regular reporting and insights to Senior HR Leadership on Service Centre performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics
Qualifications
- Ability to speak English and Dutch
- Proven experience managing an HR shared service or Service Centre, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi‑site environments
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. We are currently moving to the Dayforce system
- Hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences
