A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Human Resources Officer in Willenhall to support and coach line management on HR issues. The role involves implementing HR policies and assisting with recruitment strategy. Candidates must possess an HR/CIPD/Business degree and strong communication skills. A full UK driving licence is also essential. This position offers the chance to work in a growing family-owned business committed to excellent customer service.
