Are you passionate about people and committed to delivering exceptional HR support? Join our dynamic and friendly team at White Rose Academies Trust as an HR Officer, where you will play a key role in supporting our academies and driving a positive workplace culture.

In this role, you will:
  • Provide generalist HR support at academy level, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with the wider HR team to meet academy and trust-wide priorities.
  • Deliver an excellent level of customer service to stakeholders, ensuring their HR needs are met effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted partner in all HR matters.
