We are offering the opportunity to join our busy Human Resources team to assist with the day-to-day administration tasks necessary for effective delivery of HR services within the Council. This is a generalist role requiring an ability to perform a wide range of administration tasks with a focus on the Council recruitment process as well as various longer-term Human Resources projects.
To be successful you will have experience of working in a Human Resources or Recruitment role. You will have the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload. You must also have a proactive approach demonstrable experience of handling confidential documentation good attention to detail and be an excellent team player.
You will be able to deliver effective customer service and develop good working relationships across the council and also externally.
We are looking for someone who has good demonstrable experience of administration data-entry and advisory services. Ideally you will have had previous experience of working in a busy department multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines.
