We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, highly effective Human Resources Manager – Trust Wide, to join our very successful, heavily over-subscribed Multi- Agency Trust with an outstanding ethos where staff are supported to become the best.
This position is based at: Loxford School Trust, Loxford School, Loxford Lane, Ilford, Essex, IG1 2UT.
You will be joining a Human Resources Department that covers over 750 staff. Working with another Human Resources Manager and HR Team,you will support the Director of People to manage the employee life cycle, support educationworkers’ needs, and align the workforce with the Mission; Vision and Values of the Trust.

The post is full time, 36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks and under the Green Book Terms and Conditions.
The salary attached to this post is: NJC Grade 15, SCP 44- 47 - Outer (£58,461 to £61,653 PA) – Pay award pending
