Job summary

A leading company in the Transportation & Aviation sector is seeking an HR Manager to develop a Training Academy and provide HR solutions. Job Role: HR Manager

UK Wide - travel will be required

Mitie is recruiting for an HR Manager to join the Transportation & Aviation team. The role involves supporting the rollout of a new training academy within the sector, working closely with the L&D team, and providing pragmatic HR solutions to partners and managers at all levels. Responsibilities include developing and launching the Training Academy, designing and delivering training, supporting communication activities, partnering on the people strategy, and managing compliance and employee engagement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

An experienced HR professional at Advisory level or above, preferably CIPD qualified, with experience in L&D projects, training academies, or apprentice schemes within large-scale organizations. Must be resilient, influential, a team player, and a confident communicator. Full UK driving license and ability to travel across the UK are essential. Experience in multi-site organizations and TUPE is preferred.
