An early years education provider in the UK seeks a proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations at multiple sites in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment and talent management, as well as a strong understanding of employment law. This role offers a salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, alongside benefits such as a company pension, childcare discounts, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join our team across four Bristol sites. You’ll lead HR operations that reflect our values—supporting our teams, strengthening engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment law.
Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and performance management. Working closely with leadership, you’ll nurture a positive, inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed.
