Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join our team across four Bristol sites. You’ll lead HR operations that reflect our values—supporting our teams, strengthening engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment law.

Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and performance management. Working closely with leadership, you’ll nurture a positive, inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading employee relations and performance processes
  • Ability to design and deliver staff training and development initiatives
  • Proficient in HR systems and technology
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field (CIPD qualification preferred)
  • Experience in childcare or education is an advantage
