A specialist educational institution in Rotherham seeks a part-time HR Manager to provide strategic guidance and support across the employee lifecycle. The role requires strong HR experience, excellent people skills, and the ability to work independently. Location: Rotherham (S65)
Salary: £28,000 (40,000 FTE) (pro rata, open to discussion for strong experience)
Hours: Part‑time – approx. 25 hours (morning essential, flexible pattern available)
Start Date: December or January (to allow handover flexibility)
Our client is an independent specialist day college for young people aged 16‑25 with complex special educational needs.
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team and help shape a supportive, positive environment for both staff and learners.
Directly reporting to the CEO, this is a hands‑on advisory role where you'll be the go‑to person for all HR matters guiding the senior management team and staff across the full employee lifecycle.
Hours – you will need to be on site M/F from 08:00 until 12:30; the rest is flexible.
