A leading Electronics manufacturing business in the UK is seeking an HR Manager for a hybrid role covering sites in Ipswich and Cambridge. This role focuses on managing the employee life cycle, developing engagement initiatives, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate should have a CIPD level 5 qualification and previous standalone HR experience, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.

They are now looking to recruit an HR Manager, a new Hybrid position covering their sites near Cambridge and Ipswich. Reporting to the CFO, this will initially be a stand‑alone position where you will provide advice and guidance on a wide range of HR‑related matters and people queries and is a role suited for a highly motivated individual that genuinely wants to make a difference.
This is an exciting new HR position and will require you to be in the office 3 times a week covering their sites near Ipswich and Cambridge.
