We're recruiting a HR Manager to join us at the Port of Felixstowe. This is a fully office based role.

Base Pay Range

This range is provided by Hutchison Ports (UK). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Specialise in the area of change management, ensuring the timely transactional delivery of changes, using data, commercial awareness and good people practice.
• Deliver key projects in a commercial HR environment, either working in a generalist capacity with complex workforce structures or demonstrating significant analytical and problem‑solving skills in a people‑focused environment.
