Manages the daily activities for a designated administrative function. Prepares and monitors the budget, implements policies and procedures, and monitors program outcomes. Supervises, trains and evaluates professional and support staff.
Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner/ Director, this position is responsible for providing professional and managerial support and ensures the highest degree of professionalism and service to the HR Business Partner/ Director supporting the Faculty Practice Group. This role will provide high‑performing, employee‑oriented services focusing on the customer, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the engagement and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
This position assists with coordinating and implementing services, policies and programs through HR service areas and assists leaders on an array of HR matters. Acts as a liaison with all HR Department (Benefits, Compensation, HCM, HRIC, Employee/Labor Relations, etc.). Prepares and analyzes various reports necessary for hospital/business initiatives.
