Job Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Human Resources Manager to join our team across four Bristol sites. You'll lead HR operations that reflect our values – supporting our teams, strengthening engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment law.

Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and performance management. Working closely with leadership, you'll nurture a positive, inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience leading employee relations and performance processes.
• Ability to design and deliver staff training and development initiatives.
• Proficient in HR systems and technology.
• Degree in HR, Business, or related field (CIPD qualification preferred).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in childcare or education.
