Role Definition
- Provides direction and support to business units in the areas of staffing employee development employee counseling training and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Making recommendations to senior management on issues concerning employees recruiting turnover or training.
- Administering compensation programs; monitoring performance evaluation programs and revising as necessary.
- Handling employee relations issues outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
- Conducting organizational effectiveness assessments and recommending programs to address issues.
Degree Requirement
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or currently working toward Level 7 certification) demonstrating a proactive approach to professional development

- Significant experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility
- A strong grasp of employment law performance management and employee relations
- Practical involvement in strategic HR initiatives or organisational change

- Knowledge of Organization : Knowledge of the organization’s vision structure culture philosophy operating principles values and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking : Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

- Interpersonal Relationships : Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- Data Gathering and Reporting : Knowledge of tools techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
- Employee Relations : Knowledge of the rights and obligations in the employee relations; ability to adhere to legal requirements when handling employee negotiations.
- HR : Policies Standards and Procedures : Knowledge of human resource function; ability to uphold the organizations and industry’s standards procedures and policies regarding human resources management.
Top Candidates Will Have
- HR Expertise and Legal Acumen: A strong foundation in human resources practices with a solid understanding of UK employment law. They should advise on legal compliance, ensure fair and consistent policy application, and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles is essential.
- Multinational HR experience: Ability to operate across diverse geographies and cultural contexts contributing to HR strategies in global or regional environments.
- Employee Relations and Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication skills to build trust across levels from senior leaders to frontline employees. Ability to navigate employee relations, contribute to conflict resolution, and maintain collaboration.
- Administrative Competence and Time Management: Proficiency with HR systems and processes, managing multiple priorities and experience with platforms like Workday is valuable.
- Policy Guidance and Process Advisory: Ability to interpret and apply HR guidelines ensuring consistency across the organization.
- Analytical Thinking and HR Metrics Usage: Comfort with HR data to guide decision-making and translate findings into insights.
- Performance Management and Development Support: Experience in supporting performance cycles and coaching managers.
- Contribution to Regional HR Initiatives: Experience on HR projects across the EAME region and ability to drive impact across diverse teams.

Salary : 45065.00 - 58585.00 (Dependent on experience)
Contract : Fixed Term 14 months assignment
Hours : In office Monday - Friday full time 37.5 hours
Benefits : 24 days annual leave
