Job description
HR Generalist – Join a People Team with Rhythm, Energy & Heart

Full-time • UK-based • A role with real purpose and real vibe

Hybrid two days a month in the office

Are you the kind of HR professional who brings the energy, connects with people effortlessly, and loves working in a culture that feels more community than corporate?

Do you thrive in a place where collaboration is the baseline, creativity is encouraged, and employee experience is front and centre?

If you’re nodding along — you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

We’re partnering with a dynamic, culture-led organisation with a creative, dance-music-infused spirit to find an HR Generalist who’s as passionate about people as they are about building a workplace that truly moves in rhythm.

Why This Opportunity Hits Different

This is not your typical HR role.

You’ll be joining an organisation guided by values rooted in Respect, Humility, and Trust — a place that celebrates individuality, embraces diversity, and believes people do their best work when they feel supported, empowered, and free to be themselves.

The HR team you’ll join is warm, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about doing good work the right way. Your ideas will be heard. Your voice will matter. Your impact will be felt.

What You’ll Be Owning

Think of this role like being at the heart of the mix: a balance of HR operations, employee experience, culture-building, and advisory support.

HR Partnering & Advisory
  • Coach and support managers with confidence and clarity
  • Guide on ER, performance, and conduct matters
  • Help shape and refine HR policies
  • Ensure fair, consistent, well-documented ER support
Employee Experience & Culture
  • Drive engagement initiatives and action planning
  • Champion wellbeing, recognition, and inclusion programs
  • Explore feedback trends and contribute to cultural evolution
  • Support communication around change and people initiatives
Performance, Learning & Development
  • Help roll out performance frameworks
  • Support managers with development plans
  • Assist with identifying training needs and L&D activities
HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits
  • Keep everyday HR processes smooth, compliant, and efficient
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Support payroll, benefits admin, renewals, and employee enrolments
  • Keep managers up to speed on employment law updates
Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Assist with HR system enhancements and policy refreshes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
  • Contribute to best-practice HR documentation
What You Bring to the Mix
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Generalist HR role
  • Strong grounding in ER, performance, HR ops, and compliance
  • Experience supporting UK teams (European exposure = bonus points)
  • Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence
  • Proactive, solutions‑led approach
  • CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 desirable)
  • And most importantly: a warm, collaborative, people‑centric personality
A Culture That Welcomes Everyone

This organisation doesn’t just talk about diversity — they live it. They celebrate individual backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and are committed to building a workplace where everyone feels seen, respected, and supported.
