Meraki Talent is partnering with a Professional Services firm based in Edinburgh, looking for a HR Generalist to join the team.

You will be a proactive HR professional, working in a collaborative team to create a positive workplace culture. This is very much a generalist role supporting the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, development and retention.

HR Generalist duties:
  • Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, and offboarding.
  • Lead on employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive company culture.
  • Provide support on employee relations matters, escalating where appropriate.
  • Assist with learning and development activities, including training needs analysis and coordination of employee training programmes.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support pay and reward processes, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Maintain HR systems, records, and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
