Hours of Work: full time

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding new hires, ensuring HR compliance across all operations, and fostering employee engagement. You will play a crucial role in developing HR policies that reflect both UK and Indian labour standards, supporting employee lifecycle events, and providing strategic HR insights to senior management. This role requires organisation, proactive thinking, and excellent communication skills to balance operational tasks with long-term HR initiatives, all while contributing to our organisational culture and growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR operations or recruitment, ideally within an international organisation
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Experience managing employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across different time zones
