About the Role

We are seeking experienced Human Resources professionals who are looking to apply their leadership, mentoring, and communication skills in a new direction. This is a contract-based, remote role with a global company specializing in personal and professional development programs. Our organization has been established for over 15 years, delivering award-winning online courses, live events, and virtual workshops in more than 100 countries. We are now expanding our reach and seeking individuals who are motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in weekly professional development and training sessions via Zoom
  • Engage with prospective clients through structured interviews (scripts and systems provided)
  • Develop and implement marketing and engagement strategies across social platforms
  • Mentor and support new participants in our programs
  • Facilitate online Q&A and information sessions
  • Represent the company at virtual events, with optional opportunities to attend international seminars
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in HR, leadership, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including phone and video conferencing
  • Confidence using digital tools such as Zoom, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
