We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our high energy, high impact People team. This role is a key part of our HR function, providing support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations on site, at our facilities in Oxford.

Please note: this role will require working onsite in Wallingford 2-3 times per week

You will be responsible for:
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, right-to-work checks, induction, and exit interviews.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Supporting payroll by providing accurate and timely employee data.
  • Managing HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity.
  • Coordinating interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Supporting audits and reporting requirements, employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing activities as needed.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous HR administration or coordination experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
