A Hertfordshire-based healthcare business provider is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team – a great role for someone with some HR experience, or even looking to take their first proper step into an HR career.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive HR function that plays a key role in making sure each care home runs smoothly, and all employees are onboarded, trained, and supported properly.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll learn the full HR cycle and gain experience across recruitment, compliance and people operations.
Location: Hertfordshire (4 days on site, 1 from home)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Driving licence required (occasional travel between sites)
