Overview

People Services Coordinator
9 -12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Elland, West Yorkshire (Hybrid working, 1-2 days in the office per week)
Between 30 - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Start date circa 1st December 2025

Our People Services HUB is the ‘engine room' of HR. We own the core people processes that travel through our HR system and serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day colleague queries. Our purpose is simple: to deliver an exceptional and efficient service to colleagues throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The HUB have rapidly developed into a tight-knit team with high standards and even higher aspirations!

We now have an exciting opportunity for someone with strong HR and Administrative skills to join our team to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain HR system records accurately and manage key, complex processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Process every system-led change with accurate data entry and adherence to system workflows.
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries, assisting with navigation of the internal HR system and providing guidance on benefit queries.
  • Signpost to relevant policy enquiries and support other HR teams on projects related to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, HR Information Systems, Payroll and Internal Communications.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and identify opportunities for process improvements while maintaining smooth operations.
  • Act as a trusted colleague, helping to make HR easy to do business with.

  • A collaborative team player who shares tasks and works well with others

  • Experience with HR systems and/or expertise in employee experience
  • A background in driving continuous improvement initiatives
