A global risk management firm is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to operate within their Global HR team. This role involves partnering globally to deliver HR services, ensuring effective HR policy implementation, and enhancing business performance. The ideal candidate has experience in international HR environments and a CIPD qualification. The position supports hybrid working arrangements, emphasizing collaboration and performance management.
As a senior HR generalist and reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HRBP will operate as a member of the Global HR team and work closely with our local HR teams to deliver a wide range of HR activities. The role will partner globally with corporate services, including Finance, HR, Legal Risk & Compliance, Strategy and AI. The HR Business Partner will translate business goals into prioritised HR requirements aligned to the Global People Strategy, and ensure the effective delivery of HR services providing insight and objective challenge, as needed.
Control Risks supports hybrid working arrangements wherever possible. As the primary stakeholders for this role are based in London, regular London office based attendance will be necessary. Our Finance Shared Service Centre is in Cardiff and there will be an occasional requirement to work from that office too.
