Role Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic and operational partner to business and functional leaders. Acting as the connection point between enterprise people strategy and local business execution, the HRBP enables leaders to translate strategy into action through effective organizational design, talent development, and leadership coaching.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to align functional strategies and people priorities to enterprise goals.
  • Translate organizational objectives into actionable HR and talent plans that drive performance, engagement, and scalability.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations that shape decisions around workforce planning, structure, and capability.
  • Serve as a thought partner to HR leadership to ensure functional people strategies remain aligned to enterprise direction.
  • Assess organizational health and team design; recommend changes that increase efficiency and agility.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and critical capability development.
  • Facilitate change management and communication strategies for restructures, team transitions, and process improvements.
  • Support leaders in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Coach leaders and managers to build leadership capability, team effectiveness, and accountability.
  • Embed company values and leadership expectations into everyday behaviors and decision‑making.
  • Leverage engagement and performance data to identify trends, develop action plans, and drive measurable improvement.
  • Support leaders in executing performance management processes focused on growth, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement enterprise programs effectively.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are understood, compliant, and applied consistently.
  • Escalate and resolve complex employee relations matters with judgment and fairness.
  • Provide input to HR leadership on program effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
  • 5+ years experience partnering with senior leaders in a dynamic, growth‑oriented organization.
Extra Credit
  • Experience in healthcare and/or healthtech.
  • Experience in a hyper‑growth environment.
Benefits & Compensation

The salary range for this position is $105,000‑170,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.

Our unique benefits program includes alternative medicine coverage, flexible PTO, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, paid holidays, a 401k program, cell phone reimbursement, transportation perks, education reimbursement, and 1 week of paid paw‑ternity leave.
