As a strategic HR Business Partner for Intelex, you collaborate closely with people leaders to align talent strategies with business goals, foster an inclusive and high‑performing culture, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Partner with leaders to anticipate future talent needs and align workforce plans with evolving business strategies. Support a range of workforce actions from ramp‑ups and acquisitions, to role eliminations and restructuring. Analyze workforce data to guide decision‑making and optimize resource allocation.
Empower managers with tools and coaching to select, develop, and retain top talent. Lead Organizational Talent Assessments and Talent Reviews and advise on development planning for key talent. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and COEs to support selection decisions and deliver training programs that elevate manager capability.
Coach leaders on strategies to build an inclusive, engaged workforce. Analyze engagement data to identify trends and root causes, co‑create action plans, and implement initiatives that boost retention, productivity, and morale.
Champion IDE principles across all HR processes. Partner with leaders and COEs to foster inclusive environments, promote diversity, and embed equity into policies and practices. Support problem‑solving efforts and deploy tools that drive inclusive growth.
Advise leaders on goal setting and the full performance management lifecycle. Provide guidance on feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans to ensure continuous development and accountability.
Guide managers on HR policies and best practices to cultivate a positive work environment and mitigate risks. Coach leaders through employee relations matters and collaborate with the ER COE on investigations and resolution strategies.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00
