Join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Adult Inpatient & Urgent Care - Care Groups.

Qualifications

• Essential: Postgraduate (masters) Degree in Human Resources/ Employment Law/ or equivalent level experience to demonstrate highly specialist knowledge in one or more HR topics
• Essential: CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Desirable: MCIPD Qualification

• Essential: Experience of building effective working relationships, negotiating, influencing and challenging a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managers, to support achievement of objectives
