Crone Corkill are recruiting for a reputable professional services organisation based in Central London. Seeking a HR Assistant –

HR Duties
  • Preparing offer letters and contracts
  • Responding to general employee HR queries
  • Arranging interviews and managing communications with line managers and candidates
  • Organising onboarding and pre screening checks
  • Administration of the leaver process and issuing references
  • Organising inductions and training for new starters
  • Issuing employee surveys
  • Adhoc support to the HR Director and team
Other Administration
  • Managing the meeting room booking system
  • Supporting company events- ordering catering and lunches
  • Providing cover for the receptionist 1-2 hours a day
  • Maintenance of supplier contact information
  • Ordering laptops, setting up meeting rooms with IT equipment set up.
