Job summary

SEGALEN+ASSOCIÉS, an independent executive search and assessment firm with offices in London and Paris, is looking for a Research Analyst for a 6-month internship in London starting January 2026. You will support the London Research team by identifying candidates and maintaining our proprietary database.

You will work under Consultants and Clients, producing progress reports and market feedback while developing your research and analytical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree with strong interest in business/consulting/finance.
• Sharp research and analytical abilities; comfortable using multiple sources.
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

• Prepare progress, status, and market feedback reports for Consultants and Clients
• Keep the team updated on your research progress

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a Master's (MSc/M2) from a top business school or university, with a strong interest in business, consulting, or finance
• Sharp research and analytical skills; comfortable working across multiple sources and channels
• Confident, mature judgment and a proactive, self-starting mindset
• Able to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Tech-savvy and organised, with strong attention to detail
• Fluent English required; French is a plus
