Human Resources Advisor (Fixed Term) – Mid & West Wales Fire and Rescue Service

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking applications from individuals for the role of Human Resources Advisor based within the Human Resources Department based at Service Headquarters, Carmarthen. This post is fixed term until 30 June 2026.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide support and guidance for managers, employees, members of the HR Support Team and the Department’s referenced officers on HR related matters. The role will involve building strong professional relationships with stakeholders by providing well thought through solutions, advice and guidance on issues related to Human Resources in a proactive and timely manner.

This is a full-time post working 37 hours per week with flexible hours in line with the Service’s flexi-time scheme.

Please be advised that the post requires regular travel throughout Service area.
